4After our office receives the form
After our office receives the form, we will review it and determine the best test and test location.
- If the patient is to be seen at the hospital in our clinic, our Administrative Assistant will call the patient to book at a time and day convenient for the patient. Our wait list varies but typically we see patients within 6 to 8 weeks.
- If the patient is to be tested at one of the public health community audiology clinics, we will send you letter with the location and contact information for that clinic. We will also send a copy of this information to your patient.
