The main menu is visible at the top of every page and shows all of the sections on the site.
Clicking on any of these level 1 navigation items will take the user to an overview page of all the sub-sections and topics within that section.
This system allows the user to quickly navigate to the topic they are looking for by narrowing their options with the sub-section titles and allowing them to click directly on their topic of choice.
